Questions about billing
What happens when I hit a Free limit?
Nothing is lost. Daily limits reset on a rolling 24-hour window, and everything you already generated stays available. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from Settings in the app, which opens Paddle's customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and your material is kept when you return to Free.
Is there a refund?
Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. The refund policy covers renewals and the details.
Who charges my card?
Paddle.com, our merchant of record. They handle the payment, the invoice and local taxes; Tesio never sees your card number.
Do my folder members need Pro too?
No. The plan of the folder's owner sets the folder's limits, and each member builds their own private spaces with their own plan.
