Refund policy

Tesio AI Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle processes payments and issues refunds on our behalf; this policy explains when we ask them to.

1. Try it for free first

The free plan lets you use the Service with usage limits, without entering a payment method. We encourage you to try it before subscribing so that a refund is rarely needed.

2. First purchase: 14 days

If you subscribe to Pro and are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment of your first subscription, monthly or yearly.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are made automatically at the end of each period, and you receive a reminder from Paddle before a yearly renewal. If a renewal was charged and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it, provided the plan’s paid features were not used substantially during that period.

Outside those 14 days, renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the subscription does not renew again.

4. What is not refunded

• Partial periods: cancelling mid-period keeps your access until the end of the paid period and does not refund the unused time.
• Charges older than 14 days, except where required by law.
• Purchases made by someone else using your account.

Where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.

5. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the date of the payment. You can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt they emailed you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; Paddle usually completes them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the application, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro features remain active until the end of the period already paid, then your account returns to the free plan with your material intact.
